Over 14 years, I evolved from hands-on technology and product work to multidisciplinary Experience Design leadership.
My path through technology, design and digital experience gave me a practical understanding of how product decisions become real. It also showed me that lasting quality depends on the people, agreements and systems behind delivery.
Today I work where experience, business, operations and technology meet. I develop people, clarify direction and create structures that help multidisciplinary teams deliver with autonomy and consistency.
My next chapter is focused on broader design leadership: shaping organizations, strengthening design as a strategic capability and preparing teams for sustainable growth.
